Thank you for registering for the Fit Soul Fit Body Seminar in Santa Cruz, CA. Hopefully you are looking forward to the weekend seminar at the Pacific Ocean as much as we are. Included in this email is information that will help you prepare for the seminar. Below, you can find directions to the retreat center where the seminar will be held, a list of recommended accommodations and more information about the Santa Cruz area.

What to bring..

We will be meeting inside a beautiful resort right on the sandy shores of the bay. The Pacific ocean is only steps away. Throughout the seminar you will have the opportunity to stroll down to the beach, listen to the waves and take in the beauty of the ocean. The Monterey Bay is known for its beautiful weather, but we have our chilly days as well, so bring layers of clothing.

You will have the opportunity to run, jog or walk with Mark, learning the basics of heart rate training. Be sure to bring appropriate footwear.

Also, please bring a lunch on Saturday and Sunday. There will be a lunch break on both days, allowing for time to eat and chat with other participants.

We ask that you please refrain from bringing cameras or recording devices. This will ensure a more focused environment for everyone. Thank you.
