The following terms apply to all registration cancelations
Receive a credit for any registration cancelation. Opt for Purchase Protection to be eligible for a refund (only available for $USD events).

| 30 days or more before start date → | 100% credit |
| Less than 30 days before start date → | 75% credit |
- Cancelations made on or after the event start date will not be eligible for a credit.
- No credits will be provided if you leave an event early.
- In the event you must cancel due to personal or family-related medical issues, a full credit will be offered.
- Deposits are non-refundable but can be issued as a credit if registration is canceled.
- Donations made with event registrations are non-refundable.
- If an event is postponed or canceled, you will have the option to receive a full credit or refund.
- Credits expire 12 months from the cancelation date.
- Registrations/Tickets are non-transferable. Please do NOT sell your ticket to anyone. This includes family, friends, or anyoneonline. Tickets must be in the name of the qualified registrant upon arrival at the event to be valid.
